Okay, so I ate today. Every meal, I ate until I was full. But I still don't feel satisfied. My mind keeps saying things like, "cookies, ice cream, cake, chocolate." It doesn't even make sense, because I really have eaten my full at every meal. Why does my brain do this?
The meals and one smaller snackish meal because I just could not make it through the afternoon. Hopefully I'll get better at this as it goes on.
