5.4.2012 Exercise Log
This morning I got up and walked. There was a break in my walk (more on that
here
), so I'm not sure exactly how long I walked, but I know I went 2.8 miles. So I'm saying 45 minutes. Plus I spent 10 minutes afterward doing yoga-like stretches.
